we've had it for about six month's. however we've only been making stuff for about 2, due to tooling , software, and electrical reasons. mainly tooling. tool holders range from 125.00 to about 500.00 and we need 20 of them just for the tool changer. it can get very expensive. but now were rolling. and starting to build some steam.

Monstaa, Good luck, we have 6 mills in house and are using 3 other local shops for our production needs. The dollars out on tooling is never ending and seems to be a constant battle keeping everything running on schedule.

absolutely, were trying to stay in the not so competetive market. if theres something i can do for you, give a holla, 516 799 6029. we have more free time with the machine than a hi-pro machine shop.

thanx

absolutely, and yes to both, s.s and aluminium. we also work with plastic's as well and we will be working with product's made of a material called G-10. incredably strong as well as light. we just hope to deal with people who dig this stuff as much as we do.

i would think so, the scan has to be very crisp and clear.and then if you like we can draw it up , and e-mail a 3-d remnant or simulated drawing of the piece, then if you approve we move forward to making the actual piece.
