Lets all take a good look at the Panama City Race. We can all wright our own pay check at this race.

The promoter for the race is paying 60% of the entry fee back to the racers. If we can get the boat count up, this will be a good thing for everyone.

Prize Money to be paid as follows;

1st place- 30% of total entry fees collected for the class
2nd place- 20% of total entry fees collected for the class
3rd place- 10% of total entry fees collected for the class

We'll be there and looking foward to it. Everything I've seen and heard about the site and the race sounds great. Looking foward to 2 days of some great racing.

Panama City is going to be great!

We went down this last weekend to display our boat in front of the marina office, but unfortuantely not a lot of people were running around with all the rain. However, those in their vehicles did circle the boat a few times to get a good look.

Also, this should be a great location for spectators. Just about any one on the marina pier will have a great view from turn 3 all the way back to the starting line. Also, from where I understand the VIP area is going to be, there will not be a better view!

Not to mention, Ken Doyle has done some good things to get the word out to the community about the race. I expect a good spectator turn out!
