Talking Things I learned in Sarasota

1) The 22hr ride down there sucked.

2) The Jersey boyz, AMF, Keans U are a class act. The food was AWESOME.Thank you for your hospitality.

3) Augie is a cool dude.

4) The freaking sun was hot, I look like a lobster.

5) The parade was awesome

6) Do not under any circumstances park your Hummer where it is in the way, it will be involuntarily moved via F-350 4X4 (ouch)

7) Dave and Bruce (Love Muscle) Are party Gods.

8) The tree huggers, I mean turtle/manatee watchers did an outstanding job................................... of delaying the race.

9) The water was brutal.

10) I am sore.

11) The awards were great.

12) The 22hr ride home sucked even worse.

13) I had a great time.

Thanks for the support, guys. We were a little concerned about lap 4 or so... visors getting fogged and misted over. Then the LoanShark boys came by, sprayed us down and everything was clear again. Thanks!

The Fountain of Youth felt as good as it looked. We are quite pleased with a 3rd place finish. There was much carnage on the race course, and we're happy that we and the boat are in one piece.

Great job, Lee, both on this post, and on the sticks.

One item to add to your list...
9a) Konrad stern drives Rock!

See everyone in St Clair, then Reggieville.
