In the 2 long day's of filming the Switch and all the boats in the mocked race put 180 miles on are boats most of the time at speeds no more than 45 mph in 3 to 5 foot sea's. The first morning going out the cut 8 to 10 ft sea's . We stuff 3 times on the way out and 3 time on the way in. Day 2 only 1 time when Hollywood was driving the boat man he can drive!

It just shows what kind of competitors your all really are

My thought is that some of these teams had commitments to show up ready to film and didn't want to risk breaking their boats in the rough water off Dania. It' sounds like it was unfortunate timing for the Dania race, but I think these RACERS did a great service for promoting the sport on the big screen that will eventually be seen by millions of movie-goers. I commend these COMPETITORS for taking an opportunity to promote this sport to a national audience.
