Orange County Observer 8/12/05
AMF Race Team owner John Haggin owns six boats including number P1-13, the jet powered one driven by Begovich.
The race season goes from April through the end of November.
"There are a lot of expenses to sponsoring a team," he said. "There are the flights and hotel rooms along with the vehicles. There's no number, but it's a lot. And it's a lot of fun."
He viewed the race teams who live like nomads, traveling from race site to race site, as a big family. That family will grow by one more member when he marries his girlfriend "Princess" tomorrow afternoon in the race pits area at the marina.----------"
No photos or congrats from anyone???
Article is a bit vague did, John marry Scott??? Did Scott marryy "Princess?"... Did John mary "Princess"???
Did Klaatu marry both Scotty & John??
Am I having a senior moment...??

They were married next to his boat with all teammates and other racers present. Very cool! Unfortunately it was hot as he##!
