That is correct. And a reminder to people planning to sign up as patrol and med. boats.......the RACE IS ON SATURDAY.
It would be a good idea to call the SBI office and get on that list early as the coast guard will be requesting that list.
If you do your paperwork ahead of time, all you will need to do on the thursday or friday (Sept. 8th and 9th) preceding the race is pick up your flag.
