Yes I noticed that, but it (APBA/SBI) also races on Saturday and Sunday.

In past cases the p class finals raced on Saturday and Super series finals on sunday.

If the teams needed time to repair why don't they test Thursday and Saturday, and race Friday and Sunday for a two race format or,
Test Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and race Wednesday,Friday and Sunday, for a three race format, this seams to be very simple, why can't they figure this out. Racing Thursday with nothing on Friday sounds stupid.

Look on the bright side....

You can check out the race in the K.W. on Weds shoot up to St. Pete on Thurs and then either stay in St. Pete for Sunday or head back to K.W. for Sat and Sun. either way the fans can catch both SBI/APBA and OSS's Worlds....Seems like there will be boats racing, testing or running pole setting runs from Weds thru Sunday.....

Manitie..Damn I wish I thought of that. But I have reservations in the Keys for Thursday.

Now you have me thinking for next year. I can easily hit St Pete in 1 1/2 hours..hang... do photo ops come home go back for more photo ops....come home ...rest...nap...sleep.. Then head out for Key west 6-9 hour drive....on Saturday morning.

I'm too old to party like you young lions do.. But I do have memories ...Ahhhh Yes... Those were the days back in So cal..
