P5 Roll Call for Key West
#1
Okay, here's who I know is coming so far, but with some caveats (it seems a few of us P5 guys are still recovering from this season):
1. High Priority/Joker...plans on attending if they can get a motor rebuilt.
2. Crazy Chicken...plans on attending...currently rebuilding a motor.
3. Team Gallagher (ourselves)...plans on attending...currently replacing a drive.
4. Kean University/AMF...plans on attending...I heard Scott might not be driving, but his cousin may instead.
5. David Brian Jewelers...ready and waiting.
Anyone else...please announce yourselves.
Thanks,
Sean

Guys,
Somewhat bad news for us. Team Gallagher won't be there now. We're in the process of having our drive replaced and everything was coming together for the Worlds, but now the military has tasked me to report immediately overseas to support the War on Terrorism in the desert area...and I'm proud to do it.
I heard they might need me, but was expecting it wouldn't be until the off-season. Some things out there changed unexpectedly and they need me there now.
Scott and I considered looking for a replacement for me, but Scott didn't want to run the Worlds unless I was in the boat with him...wouldn't be the same otherwise since he and I worked so hard to get where we're at today.
Good luck to everyone in the Worlds, be safe and, of course, have a great time!
See ya next year,
Sean

Sean this is sad and proud news. I think you and Scott are a Great race team. The level of racing you guys bring to a site is top notch. We at HerbottRacing would like to wish you a safe tour of duty and a BIG THANK YOU! for allowing us to race by fighting for our freedom! You will truly be missed at the worlds and we WILL see you and TEAM GALLAGHER next season. Jo
P.S. Attention Officer on deck! Good Luck Sir!!

Guys,
How's this for technology? I'm halfway around the world and can still keep in touch with the racing seen through the internet...thank goodness for our military morale programs!
I appreciate all the sentiments. It's really a good feeling to know that not only have we met some staunch competitors, but instead, have made some good friends over this last year...you guys really are family.
I see things in Key West are on...good luck and be safe. Ensure someone posts the play-by-play here so I can follow along.
