Augie...I know, you guys are always there to back up whats right....
Well...I do not discuss with anybody but my teammates the monies I bring in with sponsorships....but since the guy/guys know's everything...I will make this public...
In 2003 Mark and I came to a agreement to race together, we would race the Activator and I would bring all the sponsorships on board and pay Mark a certain amout out of it and I would be intitled to the rest and Mark will hanlde all the testing and mataince on the boat....
So Mark recieved just over $27,000 per our agreement for the year.
+ We had my Winnabago at all the races...
I'm posting this info not only to show Joe "know it all" that his comments were posted for one reason and for who...but
To show that yes Mark recieved some good money for a race season...and a lot of F1 teams would have loved to have that free money....and yes...I made a lot of money that year...becasue that's what a professional race teams dose....I bring this up because this is not the first time we are hearing on how its not fare for people to make money in Offshore racing...I guess if teams don't have the ability and knowledge to go out and get sponsors...that no one should be able to....
I also am bring this up...becasue after 3 years later...there are still racers talking about it....yes...not everything you say is kept secret.....
Do you see a pattern here...
Don't worrie even more to come....
