CAPE COD!!! I chipped a tooth and I was covered in sand by the end of the race, even though we were in a Phantom under canopy. We stuffed so many times and the water was so churned up with sand it "dripped" in to the cockpit. I was driving for Bill Park. I miss that guy!!!

Point Pleasant was the roughest race I was ever in period. You want BIG, come to Jersey. I do have to say the first time I ever met Ben Hedrick, I test drove a bat boat with Him in Key West the year we all were evacuated for the Hurricane. Remember how big that was Ben?????? I think the Coast Guard got a tip that there was a bat boat heading for Cuba that day. THAT WAS FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
