Huge Thank you
Kart 2 Kart Update
Blue Water Offshore Racing Association would like to say "THANK YOU" to all that came out and supported this event.
The turn out was spectacular with friends and Race Teams from all over the country.
OPA signed up another 5 Race Teams bringing the number up to 54 teams.
Racing of the Karts against time speeds came down to a race off at the end of the event between 8 of the fastest racers of the day. It ended with First Place going out to Ken Jackson (the 17 year old) Second Place went to Tyler Crockett of Crockett Marine Engines, Third Place went to TJ Grunwald from Team Totally Unleashed.
The event turned out to be a huge success and ended at a get together at Hatchy's in downtown Utica.
Thank you to everyone
Kart 2 Kart Committee
PS
With the amount of requests, " are you going to do this again" I think Ed is in the planning stages of something really wild. I thought I over heard him saying it had something to do with water. (do not let him know that I have let this out)
See ya at the First Race in Algonac, MI on June 3 & 4, 2006

Re: Huge Thank you
CONCRETE not cement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Cement breaks up in water...that's why the bodies float to the top. ONLY USE CONCRETE.
