It's been a bad week for us LOTO people. I'm heading down on monday to get our stuff in order. Good luck to everyone with damage.

Just had to look this thread up and put my $.02 in.

No..........snow isn't always pretty..............AND ......."HOT" isn't always fun..........I would take a picture of my outside thermometer but the camera would fog up the humidity is so high. I'm not teasing...........I'm just saying that when you have to cut the grass and blow leaves and SWEAT on christmas weekend it's just not the same as a white christmas.
This isn't normal for here but we had no hurricanes so we'll be thankful.
I know, it could be worse, I could be stuck in Denver airport.

Pat, The funny thing is...I was going to rent a cabin out in Colorado and Jake (my Lab) and I were going to drive out and get it ready for Christmas. Jenn and the kids were to fly out this weekend to Denver. Guess Jake and I would have been spending Christmas alone !!! Dave

That sounds like a great idea to do, but not get stuck with the dog.
We're keeping cool this weekend reliving our Christmas in Vail one year......the best ever.

Maybe next year we'll do a house swap........anyone interested?............
