Not much else can be said. As I look out my window at the sun rise, you know Cowboy is smiling down on all the offshore racing community. He was a great friend over the many years and will be missed. RIP my brother. Hats off to Dave and the Muscle Crew for handling all the funeral arrangements. You guys are the best.
