Calling out Peppers

Hey, I heard that you guys might be coming out to Havasu. Is that a good idea? I mean, it would be a bummer if you guys drove all the way out here and then got beat by the old war horse! Maybe I could talk Cooper into letting you guys race in P1. I know I know, you've found some extra speed in the off season, I KNOW, you've told me already.

Think about it. That's all that I ask. I know you're a big movie star now and all, but I don't want your new image, errrr ego, bruised by a good old fashioned azz whoopin'.

Let me know. This 55 gallon (25 gallon in your case) drum of whoop ass is still sealed and ready to be opened for you.

Call me.

ps. George and Rob want to know if you really got your navel pierced in North Hollywood when you came out for the Rum Run?

racesdad 01-14-2008 11:25 PM

you ladies better keep rique in the boat if you even think you have a chance.
we will give you a 30 sec head start. we know with all that expierence in the scarab, you could beat us.. :Whatever:
jealousy is a bad thing. dont hate, we will still talk to you.

racesdad 01-14-2008 11:29 PM

time for you to chime in too pat!!!!!!

racesdad 01-14-2008 11:42 PM

what happened? the wife tell you to get off the computer, its time to eat? ladies, you better bring a very absorbant pad with you in the boat. they are under the sink in your wifes bathroom

racinginthered 01-15-2008 10:47 PM

Wow, talking about hate. Settle down bro, SETTLE DOWN!!
I only bring up the obvious. I mean if the old boat didn't do it then I would by a new also. The thing is, I don't think that the new one is bringing ya too much luck either. Could be the throttles or................................... it could be you. I'm just saying maybe that P Class isn't looking so bad for ya after all. I'm just here to help that's all. I love you like brother, and I understand that there is a don't ask don't tell policy amongst us in racing, but which ever side of the fence that you play on , you'll always be a brother to me. Obviously a little brother, but none the less a brother.

I appreciate that fact that you care enough about us that you would suggest using a pad. I've never tried that during a race. Mybe that's the problem. Naaaah, I'm gonna have to leave that one for you Movie Star Racer types.

Now, let's get to real issue here. You're scared, and that's ok. I came to you with a way out. A way not to embarrass yourself. Listen, no one will think less of you for choosing to race in a different class. I am sure Uncle Bob will be supportive. Speaking of him, I heard that their boat is for sale. Have you heard anything about that?

Let me know what your plan is.

T

racesdad 01-15-2008 11:01 PM

our plan is the same as it always is. kick arse in catlite in your water then beat ya the rest of the time. money can only buy you equipment, not talent. i suggest you get rique in the boat, atleeast he has talent. maybe if you shut up, and listen to the exoierenced people, you would learn. dont mess with the big boys, you could get hurt. i think our old hotrod would be a great p1 boat, i really do. you could use the expierence. the more you run the boat, and not your mouth, the better you will get. your like a brother to me too. like the one that rode the short bus to school.:hitfan::Whatever:
btw, you really think bob is selling that boat?

racesdad 01-15-2008 11:21 PM

this isnt worth it

racinginthered 01-15-2008 11:22 PM

I listened to you once, and it cost me 11K to fix the drives. I don't listen to you and I chase Uncle Bob around the race course and at least finish. If I'm not mistaken, you chased him most of the year as well.
As far as money can't buy talent. That's obvious. I have no money, but a boat load of talent. Can you say the same?

Hey, you could be Ricky Bobby's mini me. Go with it bro, it fits.

Anyway..........................
What have you heard about Uncle Bob's boat being for sale?

racesdad 01-15-2008 11:22 PM

you cant even pay for a membership on oso. wtf?

racesdad 01-15-2008 11:26 PM

yeah after you put 1240lbs of fuel in the boat. doing things without asking will always cost you money.

questions to ask when you really dont know anything
about boat racing and your wife does.

1. how much fuel do we need to put in the boat
2. how much does fuel weigh?
3. which way is port?
4. do these cats take rough water well?
5. where is the bathroom?
6. i dont want to do this anymore it scares me. can my wife drive instead?
7.does pat know what he is doing?

racesdad 01-15-2008 11:27 PM

and got lapped

racinginthered 01-15-2008 11:34 PM

I told ya. Thats why we are racing "In The Red". If we had any money we'd be racing "In The Black". Come on, I thought you were smarter than that.

I am going to go now. I look forward to hearing from you.

T

racinginthered 01-15-2008 11:42 PM

Who put the fuel in the boat? You took the boat down to get fuel, and then broke it, and blamed it on us. As for you guys getting lapped, I didn't know that. I wouldn't do that to ya.

You said that you would never tell about the wife driving the boat. I feel betrayed.

Rique is a Legend and I am honored to know him. As for the Pat person, I need a little more info.

Relax and come back another day. I care too much to see you this way. Have a beer and call me later

racesdad 01-15-2008 11:54 PM

who fuel in the boat? i was sleeping my hangover off.

racesdad 01-15-2008 11:55 PM

where did you see bobs boat for sale?

racinginthered 01-16-2008 11:51 PM

I saw it on line. I look for it again and post it. Have you heard anything about it?

By the way, George said that he wanted to know where you get those sleeve less white tee shirts. He said that his wife wants him to shave his head and wear one of those tee shirts for their next role playing adventure. I guess that would be code for quality time. She hasn't been the same ever since you left, for that matter either has Rob. You guys would make a cute couple. He's 6-4, your 5-2. He is dark, you are powder white. He has hair, you are without. He likes to pitch, you like to catch. What are the odds.

Anyway, let me know about those tee shirts and I'll find that classified ad.

racesdad 01-17-2008 12:42 AM

HIS WIFE WAS FUN. BTW, SO WAS YOURS..................
................................
AS FOR THE SLEEVELESS T'S. THEY ONLY MAKE THEM FOR ME ANYMORE. I LOOKED SO GOOD IN THEM, THEY DIDN'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO WEAR THIER BRAND. MUST BE AN IMAGE THING, ALSO HANES CALLED AND THEY WANT ME TO WEAR THIER BLACK SOCKS WITH MY BLACK VANS TOO. GO FIGURE. $$$$$$$$$$$$
ANYWAY, BACK TO THE SUBJECT. POST THAT ADD. I WANT TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT. I DONT THINK BOB WOULD SELL IT, BUT YOU HAVE NOT LIED TO ME YET.
DID YOU PICK UP MY R/C BOAT YET IN HUNTINGTON BCH ?. COME ON BRO, I BOUGHT THAT THING WAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WHAT KIND OF BUDDY ARE YOU? THE KIND THAT WILL HAVE HIS ARSE HANDED TO HIM IN HAVAZOO, VERY SOON. THAT IS WHAT KIND YOU ARE. BETTER GET VERN AND PAT TO GET YOU ONE OF THOSE 2 SPEED TRANNIES IN THAT OLD LADY. YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT. ATLEAST TO GET AROUND US.:Whatever:

racesdad 01-17-2008 12:43 AM

LMAO :D . . . . sorry Mikey but that is some funny chit right there :D

racesdad 01-17-2008 11:50 AM

go home dave

racinginthered 01-17-2008 12:08 PM

Hey, Ricky Bobby, listen. I will pick up your r/c, but you have a few items that I need.
As for needing help getting around you, you HAVE TO BE KIDDING. I'm not worried about that. Just show up. I would be willing to bet that you'll have a hauler malfunction or a pap smear scheduling conflict. Come on, admit that you are scared. You can always race POPRA P1. I gave you that out. Take it. I have nothing to lose, unlike you. You guys
Speaking of you , my wife thought that she saw you on American Idol last night. Are you expanding your profile?

Like I said, just show up. I'm more worried about who else will show up, Popeye's, The Crew or maybe even Rique? There will be a reason or excuse why you didn't show, or why we beat you.

We won't rub in your face, but the others may. The Old War Horse puts a thumpin' on the new Peppers boat, even with the extra mph's they found in the off season. I can't believe that your boat is running in the mid 140's. Is that on a 20 mile stretch of glassy lake with modified rev limiters?

Well, let me know if you are goingto make it to Havasu. I will bring you a fresh bag of absorbant pads for ya.

racesdad 01-17-2008 07:31 PM

You Know At One Time, I Know That Boat Was Fast. Atleast With Dad And I. I Am Not Sure If You Got The Talent Or The Ballz To Push It When It Needs To Be Pushed. This is what I Suggest, If You Even Want A Chance, Put Rique In The Boat.
Dont Get Me Wrong, I Want The Old Girl To Do Us Proud. I Am Not Sure The Right Ladies Are In The Boat.
Georgiana Gonzolez And Troya Juve Dont Have That Much Expierence. Georgeiana Might, At Least He Spent Some time With 2 Pros, Me And Rique Ford. I Am Waiting For Your, It Is That Time Of The Month, Excuse.
Time Will Tell If You Do Your Home Work, Maybe , Just Maybe, You Might Be In Front Of A M T I.
Your Brother

Well, just short of guaranteeing a victory over YOU, I am willing to say that you are in for a long day. Bring two lunches. One for me while kicking your ars, and one for when I'm done, and don't bring a snackables. I'm all man. I eat like one too. In fact, I'm gonna bring you some Gerber peas and 'nana's for the you. I don't want your blood sugar to drop in the middle of the race.
Like I've already said, I have nothing to lose. You will never live it down if, I mean, when we put the beat down on ya'.
Bring your game punk, bring it.
You should becareful about calling George out. We are going to be too close to the Mexican border in Havasu. He just might take you back across, and all of those lucrative underwear, tee shirt and absorbant pad endorsement contracts your working on will be gone. Mess with one bean and get the throttleman as well. I've got chunks of guys like you in my stool.
Just show up. Stop talking about it commit.
Did you get a hold of Paul W. to find out if they are moving up to Cat or Extreme?

racesdad 01-18-2008 08:20 PM

here are a few helpfull hints for you when the green flags drops and you are racing yourself and cant figure out what to do...........

Introduction
Staying calm when you are under pressure from work, health issue, family life or a relationship can be difficult at times. Panic and anxiety can flourish and take over your life, resulting in burn out. Take some steps to stay calm under pressure and to escape the stress before it gets to you and affects your health and daily life.
Instructions
Difficulty: Challenging
Steps
1.Step One Breathe in and out. When we tend to feel overwhelmed, we forget to breathe deep. Shallow breath does not help us in situations and can only bring on and increase anxiety. Take 5 minutes to stop and breathe and regain your stability.
2.Step Two. Take yourself away (OUT OF THE BOAT) from the situation. If you seem to be in overwhelming situations lately, it is best to walk away for awhile. In more serious cases of intense pressure, consider taking a vacation.
3.Step Three Stop what you are doing. Go do some form of exercise. Make time for a swim, a stroll outside within nature or maybe an energetic run. Exercise can keep a sense of balance in our mind and body and help us stay calm in stressful situations.
4.Step Four Eat healthy. Even when you feel that life or BOAT is upside down, try to eat a balanced and healthy diet. Start your day off will a full energy meal or MONSTER ENERGY DRINK to keep you strong in tough situations at work and daily life.
5. Step Five Keep positive things around you. Keep positive affirmations around you to take a moment and escape the pressure. Put photos of family, of tropical islands or of motivating dreams around you. Stay positive and calm. Family and friends can keep everyone else from seeing you cry too.

remember these and practice....or just stay on land

racesdad 01-18-2008 11:45 PM

did the wife tell you to stop or you would get hurt or what?

That was quite a mouth full. Did that take you all day to research on the web? Are trying to get in my head? It's not going to work little brother. I'm Like Ice-Man in Top Gun. Your feeble attempt to talk trash is elementary at best. You are trying to convince yourself that the Old War Horse (which has found a new jockey) can't compare to your new one. Keep telling yourself that. That might be enough to get you and others in the class to show up. But wait a minute, I am only going to get up YOUR grill about it, I have way too much respect for the others to talk trash to them. You have the most to lose. I am going to waiting patiently for your response on Tuesday after Mondays conference call. Then you can explain to me and the rest watching this thread, why you can't show up to Havasu.

As for the 5 steps, I am confident that if you show up, and if your inboard camera is working (properly), we will hear you constantly screaming
1. "Dad, where are they?"
2. "Is that them ahead of us?"
3. "Why can't we catch them?"
4. "Why did we spend all of that Money at Lake X?"
5. "Why are they so much better looking than us?"
Those are 5 steps that will coming out of your pie hole. Posssibley a 6th.............."We should ask them if they would consider a TRADE?"
Please gather your thoughts, consult with someone who buys clothes in sizes that have letters and not numbers. speaking if that, what size are you now? A 2 or a 3?

racinginthered 01-19-2008 02:11 AM

Oh, by the way. Have you thought about asking yourself, why can't I sleep at night? If so, it's the fear.

If you smell somethin' a stinkin', it's only us..........cuz we are the S%$T.

racinginthered 01-19-2008 11:15 AM

That's it??? That's the best you can do? I'll be here when you can come back with something good.
Don't try so hard. Your either really tired, or wondering if..........it's.............FEAR.
