Ron....I did not say you had 10 demands....I said the last time OSS approached John it was with 10 demands becasue they were the big show.....thats all I'm saying is....so what were going to go on another boycot....this was try 4 years ago...

Ron what you are trying to do was brought up...mediated....talk...and nothing...no one here is saying what your trying to do is wrong...we agree with you...

But if you want to make things good for the sport, be the first org to have:
No reg fees
No equipment fees
No entry fees
TV
and big prize money
and have all class's race there...

and open the St Pete race to no fees at all and prize money and all class's....you run OSS....make it free and lets see if the boats come....

I have heard over the last 8 years you ahve to have entre fee's...you have to have big dollor equip fees and 300 member fees.....

But then a little org from the northeast comes along and had no entre fee's but a 150 membership fee and a $600 equiment fee and one of the biggest prize purse then all the big orgs....

This is not bashing anyone Org......and I'm just making conversation here....but if you want to better the sport maybe we should start with working on our own Org before bashing others.....remeber we were on this road 3 and 4 years ago.....

OPA has the best boat count in the country....and it was NOT started by the deep pockets or the big show teams....but by a little club racing up north.....so how is it today this little org is the biggest in the country.....it sure was not for telling teams to boycot other orgs...that jsut back fired last time....
Do you every here Smitty trying to come into Johns back yard to hold races or tell the racers to boycot a certain Org to get them to fall....NO...OPA did what they felt was right and the racers came...OPA did it by respecting all the other orgs and just doing there thing better and for the racers....THAT'S WHY OPA HAS THE BIGGEST BOAT COUNT IN THE COUNTRY

I'm sorry Ron.....but you are the president of OSS.....YOU HAVE THE OPPERTUNITY TO HAVE YOUR WOLRDS ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY....maybe you should build OSS to have the biggest worlds yourself and then invite everyone in the counrty....and if racers don't show its there lost.....

OSS is more than a club and competes all over the country at a Higher level. Great Series.

Seems they complement each other, something for every one.

Worlds what? World Series, Worlds fastest, World Champion, Worlds Largest, World Record. SBI World Champ, OSS World Champ, APBA World Champ, OPA World Champ. World Class......
There are World Champions who didn't defeat anyone.

Doesn't carry as much meaning as it used to.

If everybody isn't there it is a Series Championship, but Worlds its not.
