What's seriously amazing is that there are people in this world that don't understanding the meaning of principle and good faith.

The name "Offshore Only" is not a registered trademark, but that does not give another entity the right to obtain federal registration and do their own thing with it, now does it? For instance, because of their first date of use, the owner/founder of "Offshore Only" has acquired common law rights and is entitled to federal registration.

Just a little info, when Haggin Sponsored us back in 2004, 2005, we won the worlds, nationals and were inducted into the APBA Hall Of Champions, on our behalf donated lots of money to The Veterans Of Foreign Wars and when my Father Passed away in 2007 instesd of sending flowers he donated a bundle to THE UNITED STATES MARINES, so he's been doing this for years....NO WEASEL THERE! WAZZUP????????

I admire John Haggin for his effort and helping our veterans. God knows they need it! But that does not give him the right to re brand a name that I have already branded. When this dispute started almost 2 years ago there was no mention of using the name UNITED WE RACE to help our veterans. Below is copy of an email from John Haggin. Hmmmmmm. Here it is almost 2 years later and I'm still waiting for that happy medium.

I trust I haven't upset you in any way.
I use this trademark for Offshore Racing.
A unified statement to bring splintered organization's together.

well if you were really all that upset over it. LAWYER UP!! or if ur tryen to make a "quick buck" and it backfired then shut up.. You know how its said put up or put out. Crying on a forum only makes the person doing the crying look like a fool for it usually backfires 99.9% of the time.
