Again, this issue is NOT about money... It's principle and good faith. As far as I am concerned, John Haggin and his sinister lawyers can take their money and their boats and shove em' straight up the wazoo. I can't help the fact that AMF acted and continues to act in bad faith. Furthermore, I'm not hard to get along with and this issue could have been worked out a long, long time ago, they, however, choose to ignore it.

Wel if you would answer the simple question to you with United We Race and allstate then I will ask Geico. But as you can see Geico has a Geico Powersports and combined efforts in racing. What does allstate have in racing in combined efforts?

You didn't even have the organization skills to lay down the non-profit foundation or follow through - let alone help ANYONE!!! This is totally self serving and pathetic...are you going to inform everyone of your medical condition and medication problems for added sympathy? As for trademark theft??? Sounds like you have a landmark case against the government for allowing your monumental trademark to be stolen away - again, WOW! So, why are you wasting your time on the forum when you can really make a difference and take down a corrupt federal government?

I said, "I admire Mr. Haggin for his effort to help those in need." Fortunately, there is very long paper with an abundance of evidence (including all correspondences I've had with AMF's sinister trademark lawyer, dating back to early 2008) that warrants sufficient reason for the PTO to cancel AMF's registration of the UNITED WE RACE mark. I plan of filing the petition with the PTO shortly after the holiday season.

BTW, your belittling and name calling does not phase me one bit.
