You are more than welcome to race in P3. knowbody should stand in your way. I raced against ex Super V`s in P3 and Ritchie knew that they ran 105 at one point in their racing careers. Here is a few, Wanted, Mid America, Gino`s Dragon and Rick Turmel raced the 39 Extreme as well in P3.

At the first drivers meeting this year Rich was very specific that he was going to be strict on putting boats in the classes that they are capable of running in. I am telling you all this so that you can check before you spend any time or money testing the boat for p-3. Last year Lisa M. was not allowed to run P-3 in Sarasota-- she was told she had to run P-2-- and that was with an open top boat -- best of luck and hope you all run well.

As a side note the only other boat running in P-2 right now is double trouble and its pretty darn close to the boat we are talking about. I hope you are able to run in the class that you want to i just want you to prepare for the possibility of having to run P-2.
