gives OSS teams a place to race, especially the teams that have already paid the crew fees and now can race for free on TV.

Just to clarify, no one from SBI has ever spoken to anyone at the OSS office regarding this offer.

I like the way things are going with OPA and OSS right now, but it's always nice to be invited. I wonder if this offer extends to Key West 2009?

Ok oss takes in opa which makes someone a vice president ? .Then Whm who started oss makes agreements for oss ... ?????????????

Who actually is in charge over there ?
