offshore racing in the great south bay??..i am live only 15 minutes away and didnt go watch..you have the whole ocean 10 minutes away..WTF...sorry but i am just and old school offshore fan and dont get it??

It would have been cool in the ocean, you would have had the entire spectator area to yourself. I love old school racing also, but unless you're in a helicopter, you can't see it, and my chopper is in the shop for repairs right now. All good

Well, you would have to be in that helicopter to watch the race after the start, that's why we bring the races as close to shore as we can...so it's spectator/fan friendly. Hope this helps you a little.
