For what ever reason its happening they need to take a look at it and make some changes more of the same isnt good.
The Bat Boat might be something P1 sould look at they r much safer for sure . |

Hold a class 6 wide open and try to turn it tight, see what happens. If you let off all in the p1 superstock class you will have a loss in your column. You don't have the power to make it up. That has been my experience anyway. Jeffrey McCann

It's a spec class boat, without enough power, typical.
Gotta run them loose, and they don't have the power to set them. Example, our 38 Fountain is easier to drive and race with twin 750's than it is with 525's. The motors need to drive the boat. Not the boat drive the motors. Throw in some aggresive steps.....and presto. Fish bowl |

i will love to be schooled by you master, i'm trying to find a race i can come to with my machine. Great analogy Smitty, they need power to turn, when they start to slide , you DO NOT LET OUT OF THE POWER! its hard to turn anything w/out power. Looking forward to seeing you Smitty. Jeffrey McCann |
I don't know a thing about other US classes but I can tell you that they fall over in the UK as well (they also have problems keeping them in one piece).
............. and I think they're ugly too! |
