Gala Silent Auction is this Saturday. If you want to donate, suggest you to ship overnight. The sooner the better so I can type a description for the event. and Need you to fill out a form as a donor in order to put you in our program. Let me know. Wow!!!! What an event last nigh!!!!
I was so exhausted yesterday as I had to be there to help setting it up at 9am until 1pm and then went home to change clothes....Event was over at 10pm and 2 of us had to clean up and load into corporate van and I had to drive to my office to drop off and went home! I didn't get home until 1:30am!
300 people attended the party. A lady won live auction to get a ticket to South Africa Safari for $3800. People were very plaased seeing boat racing pictures. They asked me what these teams do and I explained to them. They were very eager and decided to bid!
$10, 250 was donated by many people to purchase new computer technologies! That was amazing!
I wanted to thank racing teams for donating picture frame with autographs and items!d
Good news is....Gala SIlen Auction has been reserved for next year! It will be on March 12, 2016!!!
