Mad Dog!
I tend to agree with Mad Dog's thinking on this. . .
From a marketing standpoint, (coming from the man who clearly knows how to get on TV) it makes sense to use nicknames that aren't derogatory. You probably won't see the lovely Jamie calling the dynamic duo "Candy & Hollywood", but I think logic would dictate that "Mad Dog & Hollywood" is not out of the question.
My suggestion is to call each other what you want in private, but use agreed upon politically-correct nicknames for the public/press.
