A mentoring program. What a great idea. Would be nice to see this concept picked up and implemented by LLC.

eric, very nice gesture. i hope the racers take you up on it.

I wish more people would ask but very few do. A mandatory mentor program for rookie teams should be implemented.
A lot of things could be learned from an experienced team but most people think they don't need help.
