Don't worry, we're not going anywhere without you and Sticks again. Hope we did The Jersey Boyz PROUD!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to everyone for all the good wishes, we had a GREAT TIME, except we were MISSING the rest of OUR FAMILY. See you all in POINT Friday. Augie

Hi Guy's,

Bruce and Augie, sorry to hear you guy's broke again!!

Smitty, we missed you coming up to RI for John's poker run, you missed a great time!
The new 50+ ft Outerlimits "Animal House" was amongst a great bunch of boats, unfortunetly he broke on the third leg of the run.
Bobby's boat ran great with the new drive you built him and I was able to solve the skip I had.
I did a leak test and discovered two burnt intake valves, thats what I get for trying to run a street carb on a marine engine!! With all the playing we did with it we never got the mixture right!
After talking to Holley & having them tell me I would never get it right because the metering blocks, air bleeds ect are different, I stepped up to the "right" carb and had my machine shop set me up with the right jets based on his experience with the same engine combination I have. We nailed it this time!
He managed to get the heads done and I was able to get it all back together along with a brand new 800 cfm marine Holley #9022 for the Saturday run. The boat ran real strong all day .
John, Bobby & myself are looking forward to Point Plesant race this week.
Those guy's are coming down Wednesday & I'll be there for breakfast & coffee Thursday AM.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.
