Question for APBA Offshore

Question for APBA Offshore
I paid my $315.00 for registration to compete in the 2004 season. This was done in St. Pete and all I recieved was a reciept that was good for 30 days. It was paid to I guess the now defunct LLC.
My question is did I waste my 315? With LLC not being a part of the Khaman Corp buyout, in order to race with APBA do I have to pay another fee to compete?
I am not trying to start trouble by any means, but this does have a bearing on where I will race this year and I figured that someone @ LLC could have taken 2 mins and spent .37 to mail me my 2004 card. I know the teams that renewed at the worlds are under the ORL umbrella and they are set for this year, but did LLC take my money and run?
And b4 someone says that it should be 350.00 the deal was 315 b4 Nov 1 and St Pete was obviously b4 Nov.

Did you compete in St Pete. if so It would look as if you purchased a 2003 membership at the end of the 2003 season. As with SBI memberships run from Nov1 to Nov 1. If it was for the 2004 season good luck look forward to racing with you this year.

Mark,
By all means tell me who to PM! The only names I have heard are Bull and Pops. Out of respect to them and letting them get a schedule for this year so we can put the nightmare behind us, I chose to post here. To avoid trouble you would think that someone would respond in the next day or so and send me a valid card within the next week or so. I mean Bajathrottle had the same idea as me and he recieved his card.
And yes Eddie for the 04 season not 03 and I am not really considering F1 since the hp range in the class is between 490 and 575 hp, I wouldnt be competitive and I probally will run the p class on the APBA side
