Prayers Need For Doug Lewis Of Professional Marine
#1
Leeanne Lewis(Doug's Wife) asked me to post this on here for all of you to read. Doug was admitted into the hospital for complications due to his Cancer. He was admitted over the weekend in Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey. I have visited Doug twice since his admittance. Once yesterday and again earlier tonight. Doug seemed to be more comfortable today and they began doing testing tonight to find just what is going on to cause these complications. He is weak but in good spirits and hopes that they can find something else for them to do to rid him of these complications. We are all praying for a miracle as we ask the same from all of you.
Sincerely,
Dennis P Tracey

I spent some time with Doug today. It was difficult to hear everything he was explaining to me. I just see all the frustration he is going through. Finally he changed the subject, and we started talking about boats. You could see a sudden change in him for the better after that. It seemed to bring him to a more happier level.
My thoughts and prayers are with him and Leeanne.

Doug is still running hot.
102.3 He has spoken with his doctors out in Seattle, and they suggested to take him off the meds he is on. They feel that may be the cause of the fevers. Unfortunately, it may take some time to get the meds out of his system. Now it is a waiting game. Once the fever comes down, they can make their next move.
Keep the prayers coming....
