It is a very large area and other than parking a little further away, getting there early doesn't make that much of a difference.
Mel, I wish I was, but the boat isn't ready yet

Gary and Billy are fired up and making plans to correct whatever it was that went wrong. I agree this race was one of the best I have ever seen them drive/throttle.

Mark, I thought of that too but she's bored with Key West. If I told her that I was invited on a spectator boat or a ride of life time she would totally understand... I think.

It helps her to run away and sure gives me an excuse to stay the extra day! She does'nt really care for the cig but rather have a Post with air conditioning. If this is an offer you sure can count me in. Stan.

I never could understand how a set of new drapes could be more important than more horsepower....

Mel, That is an awesome offer, but my motor is not holding me up, thats done. I have a brand new interior, hydraulic steering, gauges, graphics, etc all in various stages of completion. Its basically going to be a new boat when I am done thanks to my generous sponsor Kean University. Until its done and perfect I will be on the sideline. I actually just got off the phone with Keans graphic desighner and he is going to send me some rough drawings for the boat graphics, T-shirts, and uniforms they are providing as well. I have to race 5 races including NYC for them so I am in no rush because I want to do it up right. I would ultimately like to do 2 APBA and 2 SBI races so I can qualify for the Worlds in both Sanctioning bodies. I would also like to do an OPA race as well. I will see you guys soon and once again thanks for the offer, your a true gentleman and great competitor.
Your friend Scott
PS Say hi to your lovely wife, daughter, and grandkids for me. Oh yeh Dave and Ken too

ScottB,Knew you blew your engine in St Cloud last year and thought if that was holding you up thess engines were just sitting here anyway and it would do them good to be raced once. There not for sale there just a couple of my toys.I have more fun building these things and seeing how much they can take then anything.
