whats the deal with the gps's, will they be in all opa boats this year? and after hearing about all the p4 dq's at the last sbi race i was wondering will it be max speed or max avg lap ? I remember reading the opa rules and it does say something about ave lap speeds as well as max speed{ cant find my copy of the opa rules}
sorry if this was all explained at meetings I was unable to attend due to illness, thanks

we will be using GPS to monitor max speeds.

As for the penalties for breaking out, I think they are still working those issues out.

Testing started today, boats running excellent, we installed throttle for Jessie ! no more navigater, she going to be a true throttle person.Looking forward to seeing the boyz!!
