Offshore Super Series Announces More Teams
Offshore Super Series Powerboat Racing Association (OSS) Registers More OSS Race Team Members
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Thursday, May 13, 2004
During the Biloxi OSS Race, the Offshore Super Series Powerboat Racing Association registired five new race teams to race on the OSS tour this year.
The newest OSS racing team members are:
OSS VEE category
Black Pearl Dave Peterson
The Switch Curt Watkins
OSS CAT category
Live Bait Gary Nichols
OSS CAT LITE category
CMS Bob Bull
Team CRC Mike DeFrees
Name changes to acknowledge in the OSS CAT LITE racing category include:
David Brian Jewelers owned by Bill and Donna Beaven (formerly MTI American Dream)
Bourget’s Motorsports owned by Roger Bourget (formerly Liquid Metal team with Bob Teague)
Ettore Squeegees’ 2nd boat owned by Paul Whittier (formerly P1 Motorsports)
In the OSS CAT racing category boat name changes are:
JEM Companies owned by Jay Muller (formerly Brioschi)
Pro Marine Racing owned by Todd Werner (formerly Flowmaster)
OSS now has a total of 40 team members in four categories for the 2004 tour. For a complete list of the OSS race team members, visit OSS online at: www.offshoresuperseries.com.
OSS is a not for profit organization dedicated to the further development and growth of offshore powerboat racing in North America.
