Default Cats on the prowl for St. Pete

They tried to do their testing in a secret location ... but it's hard to overlook them. Three OSS cat teams have made Sarasota their warm-up camp for the big OSS race in St. Pete this weekend.

The Ettore OSS Cat Lite with Paul Whittier and Jim Richardson are outside the Hyatt at this moment, making a lot of noise. Joey Gratton is doing the same with the In-Mocean Cat Lite.

Keen observers where whispering of a possible defection of Gratton into the WHM camp. Joey was seen throttling the WHM Supercat in the bay for the last two days. Team members were quick to point out that no divorce is in the cards. WHM's throttleman Pepe Llama couldn't get out of Purto Rico in time, so Joey Gratton jumped in for a day or two.

Default Re: Cats on the prowl for St. Pete

The In-Mocean boat was launched despite an outrageous break-in in Jon Maas' shop the night before. The burglars knew how to disarm the alarm and to get past the Rottweilers. About $40,000 worth of stuff was taken. In Mocean wasn't touched.
