Sunday, Noon. Spectators line up for miles along the shorelines of two countries.
There will be three races today.
The GLSCS boats will be in the first race.
The OSS Cat Lites and the OSS Cats will be in the second race.
The OSS Vees and the OSS Vee Lites will be in the third race.
