How much do they have to weight? DO they have to have full cokpit/cuddy?

My new motor was shipped to innovation, it is the 8th motor received for testing for Factory 1 boats. Who is missing on the list?

As of right now we will running SBI and if/when Pops, Bob and JC can get the rules to match up we would love to come and race with APBA also. Time will tell.
