20 k for a '94 seems kind of steep with no transom assbly, drive, steering, power, or exhaust. By the time you're done, you'll have 50 or 60 into it. you can get into a similar turn key race ready boat for 35 or 40k.
Plus..you may have a problem runnig a 29 in P-5. depending on the rule changes.

I am pretty sure Todds (Phantaseas) was a different boat. Jaws becam Scatterbrain wich was owned by Roger Rex who later owned Zero gravity and RAGE.

Dave Howard and his brother will be racing in P-5 this year with my old Gambler boat P-5 16 that i sold him,its a 29 phantom.Im going to supply engines and support for this year to help get him started on his own.I felt last year this hull is to fast for P-5 and I still feel that way,but will see once we test it with a 454 in it.
