OU lives to kick ass another day....just another kill switch episode.
O well, sobo said not to worry, that the boat was back at nortech and the whole trip would be comp'ed,and sorry for the inconvenience. Looking to kick more masher ass in the near future.

thanks guys!! Nortech even had their guys leave KW early to get my boat out of the H2O in Key Largo and on to the factory!!....did any other factory do that? 
Can't wait to get the "silent choice" back in the water this winter in FLA.

Chris, we had a blast with the E-Dock guys, and I pressed and framed my E-Dock shirt until spring, glad the boat is ok, Nortech will take care of it and sounds like they went out of their way to keep you a happy customer, thats my boy Sobo, good job Terry, nothing like good customer service in an industry that seems to have not alot of it, You guys all have a great turkey day, see ya soon. SWEET BIG DADDY! I'm glad its a minor issue and I'm also really impressed at what Nor-Tech did to keep us in the bar and not on the road hauling boats.
