You don't have to remove it. Just pull up to the gate, and they will charge the correct toll to it. Or just go through as usual and take your chances.

I've been "taking my chances" a lot. Oh well.

Come to think of it, I went through a toll gate last weekend on my way to Texas pulling a trailer. There was a highway patrol sitting there watching everyone go by. He didn't even blink. Do you think I blended in that well?
