Re: How is Dennis P.?
E-Dockers,
My father is doing better. However, they did find a chipped bone in the other leg, but there is nothing they can do to fix this kind of injury. Also, they have discovered the problem that caused the wreck. My father had sudden cardiac death, causing him to run off the road. They said the air bag must have started his heart back up. Today he had a stint put in and later this week he will have a defibulator put in also. He is at St. Anthony Hospital in downtown Oklahoma City. Thank you for your concern. Preston Pool |

Preston Pool Sorry to hear the bad news, on the bright side it may have saved his life. Let me know if anybody needs anything. We would be glad to help. Tell your dad hello and let him know we are wishing him the best. Thanks, Jim |
Re: How is Dennis P.?
I stopped in to visit Dennis tonight and given what he's gone through, he looks and sounds great! Sounds like it may be next week before they put in the defib, but he thinks he can go home by Wednesday.
If any E-dockers have a minute, give him a quick call to offer him some encouragement. I think he'd really appreciate it! |

Re: How is Dennis P.?
They were getting ready to move him to the 3rd floor when I left last night. I've got a friend who's an administrator at the hospital; I'll email him and get his current room/phone nummber.
