Default Scan tool or timing tool?

Anybody around the Tulsa/Grand area have a scan tool or timing tool I can use? When I do my tune up, I am going to set the timing baseline just to make sure everything is good to go. The boat is 7 years old, who knows if the base timing has ever been checked. The engine is a 454 Mag MPI, and I need the tool to set the computer into timing mode apparently. It was easier on a 5.0 Mustang, just pull the chip, time it, and put the chip back in.

Thanks!
