I drove thru your development today. Which lots will have communty docks in front of and which lots will be able to have private docks?

Min. SF requirements?
Out building allowed?

Outbuildings must match home... oversized garage OK.

1-8 & 22-29 will be able to have private

1800 sq ft minimum 1 story and 2200 min 2 story.
