I have plenty of tools excepting for the Merc Specialty tools, the alignment tool, and the adjustment tool for the shift cable. I don't know what else I need and that seems the way it goes for me. Work on soemthing till I hit a hard spot, go get the tool Ha ha. What kind of Merc tools will I need to do this project?

A friend is loaning me his drive stand when I get the drive order it will have a place to stay for a few days. We are supposed to pull the engine out Sat and set it in my garage until its time to install it.
