actually we should hit Cherokee, drinks are better. A bunch of us are members and can get everyone in and just do a cash bar. We need to keep the $$$$ in the family
. So if peeps want to go there instead of my place Sat nite we can do that or head there Sunday afternoon after we run.

Yeah who is going to be the designated tow vehicle back??? If we get one good one then we can just tie off of each other in a big line if there is more than one!!! That would be a pretty good shot in itself.
Who besides Ryan has access to a graphics department to edit some of this footage?
Also what radio channel are you thinking about running?

Ok, HOOKERS at CYC it is after the run, we can have a little boat show and "de-brief" after the run... I don't think Roy will have a problem with this at all.....
We can have 2 hours if we want, no problem. The reason why it's important to have each boat do their 2 passes FIRST is as follows: It establishes who's actually "IN" on the video run, so we know the exact number of people we are dividing the time by. You make 2 passes, you receive your video, and pics, and you kick in for one equal share of the final bill. After each boat makes their passes, we can all start running around like mad if we want, no problem at all...we will discuss this in the water before the run starts.
I'm thinking now the earlier the better, I will try to be on the water by the east side of the coves cliffs at 11:30 sharp. I don't want to come across like I'm bossin people around, I would just hate for this thing to turn into mass chaos, haha..SO, I guess since this whole deal was my idea, and I have Roy's cell number I will be the liason for the helo communication on the water. Like I said, everyone that has marine radio should plan to have them ready so as many of us can talk as possible! Some of us do have them in our intercoms, so this will make it much easier I'm hoping..
LINE UP ON ME (the yellow daytona) AT 11:45 sharp, lets kinda tie or float in one single line like we're at dripping, pointing NE towards monkey island. ONLY boats that are participating (plus the Carver if you want) should be in this line, and we will go one by one, and on your final pass, keep on going towards towards duck creek (like you went through the finish line) and kinda wait around there, then after the last boat's pass, we will all rejoin at the mouth of duck creek and do the group thing. Now be nice, don't fight too much for camera time, lolol....what ya think about this plan? Oh, one thing...Can we have a boat anchored 2 miles down as the "turnaround" boat, so we each turn around him at the same area?? This boat should have a video cam as well, any takers for this job? A toon would be great for this...I think this would really help the coordination and make it timed much smoother....
This isn't really a speed thing at all, so just make sure you have enough gas before you drop in. Remember the chopper can go only 80, so keep that in mind...if you leave him, your video will suck!!! I'm guessing we won't use that much...
I drew a little map of the event, and of COURSE now I can't get it to post...check back Sat and I will get it up here...I will be bringing my Hi Def cam to Hookers and we should all line up there for video alley afterwards!! lol this is gettin good...I'm trying to get some shirts made too but don't kow if they will be done or not...Hope you make it scott, we need some big boats, I want to make a KILLER youtube vid for everyone to see over the winter....
And thanks for the offer Sea Dated, we need a good tow boat...and of course you're IN...
Any channel is good, except 19 of course, lol....how bout 5 since it will be on October 5?.
Looks like we've got about 6 confirmed runners right now...

Sounds like a perfect plan! Since were going to get the raw footage of the video, theres a guy I do business with that can take all the footage and some pics if you provide them and edit each of us a cool video with or without music. The cost is a lot less than you would think it would be, especially if we give him at least 3 out of six to do.
I'm going to have it done, so if anybody else is interested, let me know at the shoot or after!
