MTI on trailer
(10.5' Beam + 1.5' walk around room x 50') x $0.42 per SF = $252
Cafe on trailer
(8' beam + 1.5' walk around room x 42'ish) x $0.42 per SF = $168
42 Fountain on trailer
(8' beam + 1.5' walk around room x 48'ish) x $0.42 per SF =$192

10'-6" - COOL! I always thought the MTI's were 12' wide for some reason.
The building I have coming is 50' W x 174' L x 18' sidewalls. I was planning on using 20 - 25' W x 174 for my business. I would place a full height divider wall down the 174' lenght leaving a 25' - 30' wide x 174' long open area for boats.
Tyson asked about $. I would think around $250, $260 range per month (6 month commitment) for the big cats. $150 - $200 for vees (depending on lenghts)(same terms). If the majority wished for motion detection security - add a few bucks to those numbers.
If you guys could pass the word, It would be great to fill the space with the same crowd of like people.
Plus it would help me decide were to place the divider wall.

Rebar great idea ,sounds high $$$ unless prices are higher in OKE , down here $ 750.00 to 1000.00 for oct - april heated floors, + furnaces, Electric (trickle chargers)floor drains, running water, alarmed ,& gated .. good luck sounds like an awesome bldg ... the biggest doors you can get are alwayz helpfull ,takes alot of space to move the bigger boats even with a forklift ,,,

I'll do some more research.
Chad
