We now have an E-Dock mobile smoker

Three doors are different temperature ranges, complete with three slide out shelves each

An oven compartment over the firebox for potatoes or corn.

Extra wood storage in the aluminum tool box, and extra cooler storage underneath.

Now I need to find some bad boy wheels

It's 10' long and 1500 lbs. Might get top heavy

We cook for the guys at work about once a month. It will hold 80 burgers and about 60 dogs at the same time.

We got the room. The hot tub weighs more than that so I think we'd be ok.

Sweet ass smoker! But I will have to disagree with the choices of Oklahoma schools. But what can I say I have a biased opinion considering that I graduated from OSU!!! Go Pokes!
