Yes but on the wrong end of the lake I think. Masher's development is on the North end of the lake and I think this guy wants to be on the South end of the lake.

I know that I'm not known on here but I can vouch for the house, very nicely redone. In fact my wife and I looked at it three or for times last year but being a contractor in the new construction business I was served with bankruptcy filing of one of our largest customers a few days before our appointment to write an offer. That and just the general state of the economy it just wasn't the right time.

Hope it doesn't sell for a few more months....
