Cherokee Lakes Estate info
Been looking at some homes on Grand. Anybody have any info on Cherokee Lake Estate. House I'm looking at has lake access and is about 30 yards from the water. Looks like an older area. Any info would be appreciated.
I think theres two or three neighborhoods with the same name spread across the lake.. What town is it in? Grove?

It's in Eucha , close to Disney. Went to look at it, my concern is that one house would be nice and next would be a little ruff. Is that typical of the lake or just that area?

Eucha is the name that they give anybody on the south SOUTH end of the lake.. Disney, langley, tiajuana, jay, zena, etc.. Since most of them dont have PO's..
I live on the "eucha" side too. Its VERY typical of this side, its kinda typical for a lot of the lake thats not behind gates. You wont find it over in The Coves, but theres still some rough houses left over there.. Its still NE Oklahoma, no matter what, there can be some white trash near almost any nice house..
The name sounds really familiar but I cant seem to place where its at. I think its over by Oliver Twists, which is cool.. We have a "little" bit of night life on this side, twists and mooneys, but thats about it.. Their address says 5 miles east of disney, and Im 6 miles east of disney, so it'd have to be right around the Dripping Springs/ ManWhoRan/ Raper Hollow area..
Actually, now that I think about it, I think it IS right by Raper Hollow.. Theres some NICE NICE NICE homes back in there and some pretty sketchy "townies" that are full timers living there collecting whatever we leave at the dumpsters.. But theres not a lot of break-ins over here that Im aware of..
