My next door neighbor has blue strobe-types and Ive not heard of any issues. My new dock is getting ready to get some blue lights too.. What is their issue with this???

Is it because they flash or because of the color? And you arent on the main, so why would they even care?

Did you hear about Windmill Runs auction? Auctioneer started at 3.5mil, then 3, then 2, then 1.. Still no bids so the bank yanked it and said they wouldnt let it go for less than a mil. I cant believe it didnt sell.. Those condos alone are brand new and average $150k each and theres like 10 of them. Revenue on the slip rent was $17000/month. Seemed like a steal...

They had offers of 1.5 mil on marina and turned it down. and 500 or so on condos turned down. Sumthin fishy from the people that I have talked to.
