He is talking North end of the river up. Your talking northern end of the southend of river, No problems there. They just dredge the opening to the north end of the river. It is nice now, and the water level is up. When the level drops you will be dragging the bottom.

If you want to live in that part get jet boat or something that runs shallow I have seen some people get into some real **** there. Imagine being mid thigh in mud cause your boat is stuck.

had a place on the river @173 for 8 years (fox river springs sub division). Made the trip in a 25' baja 100's of times, the current cuts a minimum 4-5' channel from Wilmot all the way to Grass lake. However, it's not always in the center.
