I might be headed over there wednesday night set up camp at brower then come back friday after work, where is a good spot at brower to be have 30 foot v bottom never been there before so just lookin for info

tell them you want to be as close to the cove as possible and just leave it in the water. if that wont work there are lots of sites that you can get a 30' boat into I have no problem with my 28 the ramp docks is where it becomes interesting. I think they were built for jon boats.

hey

Are the ramps steep or just not long I have a low trailer and end up dragging the trailer up most ramps in michigan

The ramp just has a short dock. Your trailer will be fine. Plenty of big boats put in there.

the only thing you will have to worry about there is the inside bends of the river they tend to get pretty shallow and two no wake zones where the cops like to sit . I almost forgot the river was a little low a couple of weeks ago so I would advise aginst going past the sand bar on the north end . I took care of a prop and a skeg just past the sand bar:angry-smiley-055:

Celebration on the water!

A few of us are considering bringing a friend of ours up from Holland for his Batchlor party. Where does the Formula club hang out? LOL :party-smiley-020:

There will be boats of every length, shape, size and kind there. The longest Deep V I have seen there is a few 43' Black Thunders, 40' Hustler, as well as Cats, Jets, Pickle forks, STV's, flat bottom drags....all kinds of different and wild stuff. It's a pretty interesting show of various hardware. :party-smiley-020:

Like Kaama said... lots of different boats. I would say that the majority of boats their are v's and cats between 22-30'.

KAAMA 08-30-2007 03:08 PM

Heck, a few years ago I saw some feller with a galvanized warsh tub with a tornadee strapped own the rear! :D
