Great lookin rig !!!
And a great idea for the bikers to get there stuff to Sturgis.

Unfortunately I won't be using that service.

Big Chubby will do all my hauling..cuz I don't want my bike anymore and I can't sell it.

We still have all thouse old trailers sitting around as spares.

You should see the new city unit we just added, only one like it in Canada. 3 car enclosed with a hydraulic kick plate in the nose. We built the back door ourselves, thing is like a tank. Way better than those old piece of crap 2 cars. Those guys must make nothing but money selling those things because the amount of work they must put into them seems minimal.

Z06 ran fine, I tested out the steering and took a hard fast right into the off ramp up at dixon and 27 on my way to the shop and it was fine.

Pearl- You would be suprised the places we get into with those rigs. My city guys are in Forest Hill and Rosedale all of the time delivering.

You think those are big you should see the stuff the guys in the US run, some of them must be 95 feet long!!

Sean I will have the chief call you about the roadrunner 6pack.

And since you mentioned it.......

I am sending one of my trucks to Sturgis this year for the big show there. The truck is going to take all bikes from Toronto to Sturgis and unload them at the start, he is staying until the end and then reloading and coming home.

Total cost for the round trip including customs is $975.00CDN.

Fly in meet the bike- party- fly home and the bike comes to your house in a TFX truck.

I am making some posters to take to all of my Harley dealer buddies and I am going to be sending out some flyers but if you or any of your friends are going this is a SMOKIN deal.
Adam, if you want to mail a couple to Ottawa, I can take them to Freedom HD, and HD of Ottawa for you.

The only time we use a tilt and load to pickup cars is in situatons where the vehicle is inoperable and our truck cannot access the location due to size or length laws. In these cases we hire tilt and loads to bring the vehicle to our truck and then load it safely.

Also seeing as you stated that there was no damage involved in whatever you are referring to I am led to believe that there was no problem and we did our job and delievred the vehicle in the same condition it was given to us in.

We arent the official carrier for Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley, Lotus, Rolls Royce and Aston Martin because we use old crappy equipment and dont know what we are doing.

P.S If you have a problem in the future you can call me or my father and we can deal with it in person and 99 times out of 100 we can sort it out. Posting this on an internet board isnt really the way I would have gone about voicing displeasure but to each his own.

Not airing anything and not trying to start anything. I requested a flat bed loader for the car and it wasn't sent. Just didn't like it being pulled away like a 83 Chevy that's all.

Pulled the post - really don't care one way or the other - car is long gone. See you on the water.

No I would not ask someone to delete a post (I am not a Vladmir Putin disciple hell bent on controlling the media)

As far as I am concerned anyone who knows how we operate and is in business themselves knows there is always alot more to these types of tales than what is being posted in a web forum.

The only point I was trying to make is that if you are displeased with the way we handled a particular move you should come to me direct and we can resolve the issue privately. Seeing as we do not have 'flat bed loaders' I am not sure how I could have agreed to send one and then send a pickup to 'tow' your vehicle since I do not own a tow truck. To be honest this sounds very strange to me.

If you feel we slighted you by transporting your car without damage and feel it is neccessary to voice that on the internet in a web forum thats fine by me. TFX has nothing to prove and anyone who knows us understands we always do our very best and above all else we are honest with our clients.

As far as your comment about the handling of the vehicle is concerned I can only say that TFX handles 1983 Chevy's with the same respect that we handle an Ferrari Enzo FXX. Thats how we have grown from 3 to 25 trucks in just over ten years. All of my clients are equally important straight from the little granny who ships her 1995 Buick to sarasota for the winter to the guys who own multiple Enzo's.

I do care very much about my company's reputation and my clients being treated properly so dont expect me to sit back and not respond.

Hopefully we can leave it at that.

Cheers,

Adam Horodnyk

now does anybody know a good interior guy in Ontario?

I need someone to recover the race bolster and we want to either build a back seat ourselves and have someone do the upholstery work or just pay them to build it without us being involved.

Any help is appreciated.

I tried Tack Marine in Mississauga but they dont seem interested in doing it for me.
