Looking for indoor storage in Grand Haven, MI
#1
I am looking for indoor storage in Grand Haven, MI for my 27 ft Powerquest. I have always done in out service at one of the local marinas but this year I am thinking I might want to store the boat on the trailer. I want to have access 7 days a week to use my boat whenever I want. Please let me know if anyone knows of any available space. Thanks!

Lake Effect. It is behind the wesco in spring lake, next to the boat launch.
Owner is Tom 231-750-0980
He offers a in/out type service for trailer boats as well as winter storage. A 27' is around $130-140 a month. You get a code for the building and can work on your boat anytime.
He offers a great service and can save a guy some gas $ by not having to tow out every weekend.

Todd,
Thanks for the contact. I talked to Tom today and he seemed like a very nice guy. His place sounds exactly what I am looking for. He quoted me $140.00 a month paid on a monthly basis so if I don't like it I can switch back to a marina. I am pretty sure I am going to try his place out.
Do you keep your boat there?

No, but I have sent allot of happy people there. He is very nice and takes care of his customers. I have rented it here and there for my customers larger boat projects.
It will likely be what your looking for! I am surprised it has not caught on big around here, considering the tow from GR.

Working on these money pits we call boats.
If your out and around the area be sure to wave me down and say hi. I have the all checkered advantage running around, usually found in hanky, rosy mounds, or the beach in the channel.

Jeremy,
I am 99% sure I going to try Lake Effect. I was wondering if you use the boat launch by the warehouse or take your boat to the GH Municipal launch. Is the warehouse launch deep enough? What's your opinion? Hopefully I see you out there soon. Thanks! Chris
